Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our frames are prescription-ready. However, some highly curved sports sunglasses or ultra-thin “rimless” styles may have specific lens requirements. If you’re unsure, our team can check your chosen frame for compatibility.

We provide a full range of premium treatments, including Anti-Reflective (AR) coatings to reduce glare, Scratch-Resistant shields, Blue Light Filtering for digital screens, and Hydrophobic coatings to repel water and oil.

Yes! We offer Photochromic (Transitions®) lenses that automatically darken in sunlight and clear up indoors. We also have a selection of frames with custom-fitted magnetic clip-on sunshades.

Look for three numbers on the inside arm of your current glasses (e.g., 52-18-140). These represent the lens width, bridge width, and temple length. You can filter our collection using these measurements for a perfect fit.

Absolutely. If you love your current frames but your prescription has changed, we offer a Relensing Service. Simply send us your frames, and we will fit them with fresh, high-quality lenses.

Yes. All our premium sunglasses come with an option for Polarized Lenses, which are essential for reducing blinding glare from surfaces like water, snow, and roads, providing much clearer vision.

Quality takes precision. Standard single-vision glasses typically ship within 5–7 business days. More complex orders, such as Progressives or specialized coatings, may take 10–14 business days.

High-Index lenses are designed to be thinner and lighter for those with stronger prescriptions. If your “SPH” value is higher than +/- 3.00, we recommend High-Index lenses to avoid the “coke-bottle” look and keep your glasses comfortable.

We want you to see perfectly. If you have trouble adapting to your new prescription or if the frame isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day “Right to Sight” guarantee for an exchange or adjustment.

To avoid micro-scratches, always use a microfiber cloth and a dedicated lens cleaning spray. Avoid using paper towels, tissues, or dish soap, as these can strip away premium lens coatings over time.
